Where will we meet our driver?
The day before each confirmed ride, we’ll email you your driver’s name, phone number and detailed meeting instructions. Check those details before you travel.
What if our flight changes?
Let our team know your updated flight details so we can review your pickup. Changes and cancellation are free until 60 minutes before pickup. If the airline cancels or reschedules your flight inside that window, rescheduling is free; cancellation is not refundable. Read the flight-change details.
How much luggage can we bring?
Tell us how many checked bags and cabin bags you’re bringing. Add a note for oversized items or mobility equipment so the team can arrange the right vehicles for your trip.
Can we request a child seat?
Add your child-seat requirements when you plan your ride. Include each child’s age so the team can arrange suitable seating and contact you about the details.
Changes, cancellations & payment
Book at least 24 hours ahead. Rides more than 24 hours ahead are confirmed immediately, after you review the final fare and save your card. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day require availability confirmation within 24 hours. Each ride in a round trip has its own confirmation status. The day before each confirmed ride, we’ll email you your driver’s name, phone number and detailed meeting instructions. Payment is due on each service day.
You can cancel or modify your ride free of charge up to 60 minutes before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If the airline cancels or reschedules your flight inside the 60-minute window, rescheduling is free; cancellation is not refundable. Existing bookings retain their accepted terms.
Prices are in USD and include a separate 9% Aruba tax and credit card fee, rounded to the nearest whole dollar for each passenger van, in your total. Gratuity is optional.
