Your private ride terms

All prices are in USD. Your quote shows the ride price plus the published 9% Aruba tax and card fee, rounded to the nearest whole dollar for each ride. Gratuity is optional. Airport round trips include two rides in one booking; each ride has its own price and rounded fee.

Book at least 24 hours ahead. Rides more than 24 hours ahead are confirmed immediately, including bookings that need a custom fare. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day require availability confirmation within 24 hours. Each ride in a round trip has its own confirmation status. The day before each confirmed ride, we’ll email you your driver’s name, phone number and detailed meeting instructions. All times are local to Aruba.

No payment is taken when you save your card. You authorize Aruba Your Way to save the card for this booking and charge the agreed price for each ride on its service day, or the applicable late-cancellation or no-show amount. Charges appear as BRUMMELL AND FOGG LLC. Your bank may require authentication.

Changes and cancellation are free until 60 minutes before the affected ride’s pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. If your airport-transfer flight is canceled, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge. Contact our team promptly by replying to your booking email or emailing info@arubayourway.com.

All travelers count toward the maximum of 16 passengers. Tell us about child seats, oversized luggage or accessibility needs so the team can arrange your ride. Larger groups, special requirements and routes without a published rate may need a custom fare. Your reservation can be confirmed while that fare is pending; you must approve the final price before payment. Island transfers do not serve Arikok National Park.

For departures, provide both your pickup time and flight departure time. You are responsible for accurate travel details; ask our team to help arrange pickup if you are unsure.
