Booking as far in advance as possible is recommended to ensure availability, especially during the peak travel season (December through May).
PLEASE NOTE: All services require booking at least 24 hours in advance.
For last-minute bookings (within 24 hours), please call us at: (305) 424-8326. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
After you book, we will verify availability for your requested booking. Within 24 hours of your booking, you will receive an email from us either:
– Confirming your reservation, or
– Offering alternative dates or times if your requested slot is fully booked.
No, you will not be charged anything until the day of your transfer or car rental.
You may modify, reschedule, or cancel your booking for free up until 60 minutes before your scheduled pickup (airport & island transfers, and private driver services) and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup of your rental car.
