Read services before planning. Quote and assessment call the same transfer price engine as the guest form. Currency is whole USD, with a 9% addition rounded separately for each passenger van, then summed across vans and rides. Round trips pair an arrival ride and return_ride in one guest request. Times are America/Aruba (UTC-4). Minimum notice is 24 hours.

Planning tools create no booking or message. No tool checks live inventory, saves or charges a card, refunds money or automatically confirms availability. A price quote or editable handoff is not a confirmed reservation. The guest completes the website flow. Book at least 24 hours ahead. Rides more than 24 hours ahead are confirmed immediately, after the guest accepts a final fare and saves a card. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day require availability confirmation within 24 hours. Each ride in a round trip has its own confirmation status. The day before each confirmed ride, we’ll email you your driver’s name, phone number and detailed meeting instructions. Read each ride status and confirmation_status independently of pricing stage. Older bookings can still have awaiting_quote or awaiting_card alongside confirmed rides; preserve their accepted terms. New requests require a final fare and a saved card before acceptance. Never enter personal details into planning tools; use only the documented authorized inquiry and draft fields. Never give an assistant card details or verification codes. Unspecified details and unconfirmed policies require clarification or team review.

## Knowledge retrieval
Use stable T IDs and read_with references; do not drop related exceptions. Each answer has service scope, review date and source links where applicable. Public answers exclude internal operations and unapproved intake. Refresh services and quote before booking; the guide is not inventory. Northern-tip island rides are Zone 1, while Gold Coast and farther north use the higher airport tier. Airport terminal transfers must use the airport service. No tool determines a refund: use the terms accepted for the affected reservation.

## Structured reference and topic navigation
The service response includes rate_tables (numeric airport/island/hourly fares derived from checkout), area_catalog (separate island zones and airport tiers), vehicle_rules.allocations (1–16 travelers), booking_rules and final-price extras. Fetch a current quote for a specific plan; the tables are not inventory or a reservation. Null classifications require clarification, not a guessed fare.

The facts JSON includes faq_topics with links to every approved answer. Follow read_with dependencies in knowledge.json before answering. Collection checked_on is the earliest individual review, updated_on the latest; each answer retains its own checked_on. Do not claim all answers were reviewed on the collection's latest date.

## Guest self-service portal

The portal shows their own rides and outstanding payment balances, and supports review-before-save changes and selected-ride cancellation while eligible. Payment due is not an automatic charging schedule; refund due is not refund issued. Keep codes, sessions and card entry on the secure website. Assistant API change requests still require staff processing and are separate from guest self-service. The portal itself is private, noindex and outside search submissions.

## Per-ride policy assessment
quote_transfer, assess_transfer_request and prepare_transfer_booking_link return ride_assessments independently for outbound and return. Expected confirmation is conditional on successful guest submission, final fare and card saving. These tools never reserve inventory. Read requirement_checks separately; ordinary reservation confirmation does not guarantee a seat or specialist equipment.
